Payments
We accept payment by credit card through
Paypal or by cheque. If you choose to pay by cheque, it will
take 7 days from receipt of the cheque for the cheque to clear
before we can dispatch your order.
Refunds
All products come with a 14 day Guarantee.
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
We reserve the right to withold a percentage of the cost of
returned goods if the product or packaging is damaged as the
item will need to be reduced in price for resale. We will
not refund postage costs.
- Stock items will be despatched the next working day.
- For out of stock items we will advise you by e-mail or
telephone you on the progress of your order.
- Any items not received must be notifed within 10 days
of the order. We will not be responsible for any non - delivered
item after this time or failure to advise us accordingly.
